Who We Are
Our Phoenix, Arizona, law firm focuses on two main areas of law: family law and criminal defense. Our firm was founded by a former criminal prosecutor, attorney Wendy Raquel Hernandez, who has handled more than 100 trials.
Every client works with Ms. Hernandez and our entire team of advocates. Our office is a relaxed atmosphere, and our staff members are known for their friendly, approachable personalities. Our clients learn quickly that "professional" does not necessarily mean "formal."

In our experience, the "win at all costs" approach some lawyers use typically results in neither happy clients nor effective solutions. In our view, this approach only succeeds in generating more fees for the attorneys or the law firm handling the case.
